Where is the best place to shop for organic food?

Trader Joes is of one of my all time favorite places to grocery shop! Many of its organic offerings are bargains compared with similar products at supermarkets and organic grocers. Fruits and vegetables, beef, yogurt and coffee are among its top organic deals. They are their own food chain with over 400 locations around the US!

What is the best time of day to meditate?

Before breakfast is generally a good time to meditate. But for beginners, especially folks who are feeling stressed out, meditating at all can be daunting. In that case, I recommend simply putting your attention on slower, deeper breathing—even for just five minutes—early in the day before getting busy with anything.

How do I be happy?

When it comes to being happy, there are various steps you can take. One thing that I have learned on how to be happy is having gratitude. Take moments throughout your week to realize how blessed you are. Another factor that has contributed to my happiness is serving others. When you become less focused on yourself and if your needs are being met, you focus on others and find happiness through serving.

What different ways to stay disciplined and motivated?

This is something that everyone struggles with, even if they have been keeping up on goals and lifestyles for years. One way to stay motivated is to find a group of good supportive friends to join you on your goals and making weekly routines together. Its great to find a community of people online to engage with and learn from. This way you can build upon each other and stay motivated and positive. You can also learn from each other so much more than you would think.

 What is your favorite fitness routine?

 I try to follow weekly routines for my workouts because when it comes to improving your health, consistency is key. I love doing cardio, whether it be a Spin class, high fitness or running on the treadmill or doing the stair stepper. I try to do cardio 2-3 times a week. On the days I’m not doing cardio, I like to lift weights! At least 3-4 times a week I will go on a run outside and finish it with an ab, arm, leg or butt workout!
